Basics4Life is a small ministry based in Wanaka. This page explains what we do with your details.

What we collect

When you register for an event, we ask for your name, email address and phone number, how many people are coming, and anything you write in the comment box, like dietary needs. When you email us, we have whatever you choose to send.

Why we collect it

We use it to plan the event (numbers and catering), to contact you about that event, and to reply to you. We won’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who sees it

Only the Basics4Life team. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, so registrations are stored on their servers.

How long we keep it

We keep registration details only as long as we need them.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the details we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete them. Just email hello@basics4life.org.
